The Applicant visits the customer care desk in OMWASCO (Othaya Office).
(Front office staff and other officers will guide applicants on the sewer connection process.)
A ground inspection is conducted by a Field Technician to assess the requirements for the new sewer connection.
The Field Technician prepares a report of the ground assessment, including required materials, and communicates this to the customer.
Upon approval and payment by the applicant, the connection installation will be effected.
Upon completion, the customer’s account is updated to include sewer charges in the monthly bill.
