The customer or applicant submits a formal request for exhauster services to OMWASCO, either in person at the Customer Care Desk at any OMWASCO office in Othaya or Mukurweini, via email (customercare2024@omwasco.co.ke), omwasco toll free (0800 704 270) or through an online platform, specifying the location.
Upon receiving the request, a technical team from OMWASCO assesses the location and service requirements. This may include a site visit to evaluate accessibility, waste volume, and other relevant factors. A service schedule is then arranged based on availability and urgency.
After the assessment, the company provides an estimate for the exhauster services in accordance with the approved tariff. The customer approves the cost estimate before proceeding, then makes payment through the company’s designated payment channels.
Once payment is confirmed, the exhauster service is scheduled and performed on the agreed date. A trained team carries out the service, following all safety and environmental protocols.
Once the service is complete, the customer receives a confirmation report.
