OMWASCO is run by a Board of Directors with a membership of 11. The Board of Directors functions through three committees namely: -

1. Audit Committee
2. Technical and Planning Committee
3. Finance and Administration Committee

The management runs the day to day affairs of the company under the leadership of the Managing Director with two major departments ie. Commercial and Technical Departments. The Company has a work force of 108 staff , 11 of them seconded by the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. Occasionally, contract and casual employees are engaged on need basis.
